Living with parents kind of puts the kibosh on dating?
The banks where I am typically have male and female bank tellers but the reason low wage service, retail, and receptionist jobs tend to be predominantly female is because they are relatively safe, predictable, and easy to get. They require little training or overtime and thar makes them appealing to women who want a safe environment and who are juggling work and child care responsibilities and don't have time for school, or don't intend to be the primary wage earner.
Men are more often in the position to choose higher-paying jobs which would present women with potential safety issues. For example my friend worked in the oil fields for a while. He was surrounded by other men, sometimes they had to stay overnight, and there were no bathroom facilities. would I go out to the middle of nowhere and stay the night with a bunch of roughneck men, most of which would probably like to have sex with me and any one of which could easily over power me and where I have no place to relieve myself without exposing myself? No.
But I'll work in an all-male office where I have a phone and can quickly call the police and they can quickly arrive, there are bathroom facilities and we are not sleeping overnight together.

And employers prefer them to be female (low wage jobs) because they are less likely to ask for raises and to climb the ladder.
Also bosses are usually heterosexual males and prefer to see a pretty face in their office.

This was true for a time in the U.S. and remains to be the case in many parts of the world. In the U.S. though there are now a growing number of male receptionists. Secretarial positions were actually male dominated in the U.S. until the 20th century. I believe the re entry of men in to this field comes with the elevation of "secretary" to "executive assistant" with more pay and better benefits, along with the disappearance of mining and manufacturing jobs in the U.S.
That he must wear office clothes boosts his perceived status as well.
Sex with minors is against the law. I’d suggest targeting women who DON’T need parental permission to leave the house. Women who have their OWN place are your safest bet. I would set aside these pedophile fantasies for something with an actual future.
You can also get picked up for meddling with disabled women who are technically of age but lack the mental capacity for consent. There was one recent WP member who, as it turns out, was being catfished and possibly groomed. She was bent out of shape because of how her parents reacted but, as it turns out, they were actually right.
Nothing good can come out of a discussion about sex with minors. Adults discussing consensual sex with minors in such a way as to suggest adults should actually be able to have sex with children is, well...it’s a little creepy.
Moving to a whole new level of personal attack, or, more accurately, defamation, I see

Of course, no one loves competition that endagers your survival.
That's not my point. Competition is individual. However, you usually see people wanting more or less well-defined groups they don't belong to, like women or recent immigrants, who used not to be part of the workforce, to remain barred from entering it. If competition itself were the only issue, they wouldn't care whom to exclude, as long as someone is excluded; it could be people picked at random for all they'd care, provided it were other people.
Besides, this kind of discourse is fallacious, because it assumes there's a fixed number of jobs, and, in the case at hand, would disregard the very cost of keeping unmarried women out of the workforce.

Some anxiety is warrented.
I don’t think you’ll be raped in a office building at work in front of everyone.
Anymore then one of my coworkers will randomly kill me.
You often complain about other people acting like the problems you face aren't real. You of all people should know better than to selectively read this, ...
... noting there are reasons there for a job like the oil-mining one to cause women anxiety, and summing it up as a matter of Chronos being anxious, implying there are no reasons for her alleged anxiety after all. That's what feminists mean when they say women get invalidated by men all the time, though, of course, it happens to men, too, usually from someone above them in the hierarchy, and I'm sure you're fed up with it yourself.

I don't. What do you expect to gain by trying to force someone who wants a female employee to hire a man, or vice-versa? They'll do anything in their power to circumvent that government coërcion, like people always do, and the employee will be openly unwelcome and hated at their workplace, till the employer or the co-workers get rid of them by some more or less unsavory means or other.

Only the stating part, but when it comes to actual recruiting...? Your law enforcers surely can't mind-read the employers.
You surely can’t enforce it on small companies; how can you prove that this employer has favoritism for female candidates? You can’t. And small companies typically have around 5-20 employees so they are too small to even have any statistical proof against them.
The only difference that in your country they will simply reject the male candidates (or female candidates, depending on what the boss wants) under the pretext of other reasons. In fact, recruiters rarely call you back to tell why you have been refused, they just ghost you.
Large companies on other hand are often audited for those matters to see if there’s any statistical bias against some group.

Can’t hotlink or I would. I saw an info graphic on fb yesterday that said 24-34yo Americans made an average of $34k in 1977. And in 2016? Also $34k. This is why we don’t have our own homes.
I never thought left wing Canada would be that homophobic. Do they expect gays to have penis in vagina sex?
Then again something tells me this law isn't enforced.
It’s not enforced and in the process of being repealed so that 16yo gay boys can legally f**k, too.
