I've tried a one-night stand with a friend of a friend when I was younger, because a friend told me I should go for it (yeah, stupid reason, I know!). It was physically good, but that was all. Sex for me is very much about what's going on in my head and if that's not happening then it does seem like a lot of hassle for something that wasn't really worth it.
