Yes I can relate I tryed dancing with a mixed black woman once that was part black part white and part Asian and had green eyes and she didn't know how to dance at all. She ruined the dance for me but then I went and found another woman that was good at dancing.

I don't think ethnicity and dance ability are correlated

Asians are actually pretty good from my view with the kinda dancing I do. They just do it a bit "prancy", it annoys me to hell personally lol. It's nothing bad, it's just the manner of dancing they adopt over there. It's not due to cultural or racial differences though, they just took it and went in their own direction with it.

Lostie wanted to flame a particular user, that's all.

However, and not the most PC to say but most studies are showing there's a genetic predisposition in everything for any particular talent or sport (ofc cultural influence and practice have a lot of impact too), yes, anyone can learn to dance fairly well (unlike singing) but some people are more talented (inborn) than others.
But I don't think there's any study out there showing that some ethnicities have more genetic predisposition for dancing than others.

Ok so this is what you need to do. You need to go out there and find some kind of dancing that you like. Some recommendations: Contra dancing, regency dancing, square dancing, salsa, and swing dancing. These dances have the benefit of being largely rhythmic with many pre-defined steps and routines, and there's always a shortage of men in my experience. Women are always happy to have a good time with an enthusiastic dancer.

I think the wedding photograph, that caused the most laughs is the one of my partner and I doing the traditional wedding-waltz, both having a face like a 2 year old actually pooping.

So I must correct you. Women that like to dance, will always be happy to have a good time with an enthusiastic dancer. Women, that dont like to dance, willl not be happy. ^^

If anyone tried to dance with me, I'd fall and probably end up seriously hurt. I'm very clumsy and horrible at dancing/memorizing dances.

I agree that dancing is a great way to have fun! It's fun to go out and just find random guys to dance with sometimes. Unlike a lot of people at parties though, it seems like I'm the only one that isn't trying to get drunk or laid. I just dance for the sake of dancing. It's just for fun to me.

I'm in a wheelchair and have a slim chance of getting laid, so dancing with women is a benefit for me. :D

It's not a good way to have fun with this woman, unless you like having your feet stepped on.

Aww, I'd dance with you. Too bad you'd probably wind up getting injured in the process. :)

Dancing is boring, lol. Five minutes and I'm done.

Being asexual is practically the only way to get bored doing salsa or Cuban rumba.

Then I must be asexual, because it's boring.
