I disagree 1000%. More men need to be gentlemen these days, but unfortunately they're afraid to precisely because of this attitude.

The thing with shy guys though is I don't want to push it. I think they need to slowly emerge out of their comfort zone.

Funny you should mention him. I did contemplate mentioning his name in the first post. But i didnt want to get political.

His heart is in the right place. He doesn't want to cheat on his wife, but I find it offensive that should I invite him to dinner with only me he'd turn me down because I may lure him away. I won't. I'm annoyed that he frames dinner in terms of sex when it's just dinner.

You seem to be right in the ball with what I mean. Well done.
