You have statistics against you. What are the odds for a girl both having somebody pay occasional lunches at a restaurant, and an admirer at a coffee-shop, which also appears to seek contact outside of his work? Not very big, so I'd say you lose.
Where are you getting that he appears to seek contact outside of his work from? Sounds more like the OP has an infatuation with this guy and because of this just hopes he's the admirer paying for her lunch...she hasn't said the guy tries to seek her out outside of his work just that she wishes she knew how to find him. Also she has no way to know whether or not this guy she is thinking of even found out she ate at that restaurant or not.
We ran into each other twice, the first time, I was sitting on a bench & he walked by, he turned around & waved, I think he was in a hurry. The second time, I was walking around a corner & saw a guy, he was far away, I saw his hair & his shirt, I had a feeling it was my crush, I got butterflies & had a panic attack, I walked away from him. I hid in a restaurant, when the guy walked by the windows, I saw it was really him, shortly later, he was sitting on a bench for awhile, it looked like he was waiting for someone, what if he saw me too & he was waiting for me
