Just went to see him in Hollywood a couple of weeks ago - he's on tour now, try not to miss it if he's in your area...

Thanks, I'll be on the lookout! I'm sure he'll do a date or two in Boston...

I've been to live bands where I worked before I had kids. That was okay, but mostly because I knew some of the bands and stayed out of the bar where it was the loudest and people were packed shoulder to shoulder.

I'd love to be an outcast genius. I'm just a nerd, not modern, not cool...

Ah well, I'll be over here, sulking in my pure nerdiness... 8)

It's funny, because I don't consider myself a genius. My IQ score doesn't qualify be as one.

I could join MENSA if I wanted to, though. Totally. *nod*

I will say that I like their magazine quite a bit, but $59 (annual membership) a year was a steep subscription price, considering that I never did any of the social outings (I went to one or two, but  it was a social outing). So, I no longer "belong," except to their spam list.

The test focused too much on actor/movie/theme/author obsessions, those are not the type of obsessions I have.

and don't worry....mine is ....fairly big.

Is this a case of taking things too literally? (Am I too obviously trying to put this topic back on the rails :) )

And for those people (you know who you are :) :
