Besides, what kind of falsification you're talking about it here? there's no typical physical characteristics for autistics or AS, it's not like the William' Syndrome or Down Syndrome...
Facial symmetry is what often defines photogenic faces, this due to the single lens being used to copy something we otherwise would percieve in stereo. It's less obvious the further away from the lens the object is however.

Autism has many Very typical physical features,
I'm not going to rummage through it all but as a few examples are having lower corners of the mouth compared with the upper lip, the top of the ears may flop over, ears may be lower and tend to be more square shaped, among other things.
Further the facial nucleus is reduced in size and sometimes missing fully. As a result the face becomes asymmetrical to some extent in most cases.
