What physical features, personality traits, and interests would your ideal woman have?

at the very minimum, a head and torso. arms and legs are nice, if one or more were missing? no biggie.

I wouldn't know my ideal until I met her, to be honest. I'm not sure if I have one, as I find women to be interesting in all shapes and sizes and personalities.

Wish I could figure this out. On the one hand, I find I'm into girls with a punkish look: close cropped hair, dyed black with some color, a piercing or two and a tat. Tomboyish. I guess like Lisbeth Salander.

But I'm so vanilla and reserved that I'd never fit in with her crowd, nor would she want someone like me. We wouldn't work, and so I think the attraction is more in what she represents, as a literal manifestation of that which I am not, or with which I am deficient in: confidence in ones own appearance, unafraid of what others may think.

So I guess intelligence, ambition, someone who has found the right balance between not obsessing about outward appearance, yet also caring enough about themselves to take care of themselves...so no smoking, heavy drinking, and I just can't abide overweight girls, which screams sedentary. I'm a runner, eight miles a day, and a woman who has a similar interest in self improvement and athleticism is important.

I also find it awesome when I meet a girl that has a great sense of humor and clearly enjoys making people laugh. A lot of girls have mentioned how important it is for a guy to be funny... I find this quality works wonders on both ends...

Sadly, I hardly ever find girls with this trait... Perhaps I just haven't been lucky, I don't know.

Well I *am* a legs man, but I'm pretty sure I would want them attached to something. :D

My ex-girlfriends have the unifying feature of being smart and funny. My current girlfriend is smart, funny, gentle, and similarly weird.

I look for smart and funny, all else is details.
