That sounds extremely narrow minded, normal is only subjective after all, there's no such thing as normal. It's wrong to generalize people on the spectrum to be a certain way since there are many factors which determine who we are, we are all individual people.

That stereotype describes me perfectly, I actually start to feel trapped and detach when someone shows too much affection or emotion. I'm afraid of commitment and I can't stand being around someone for a prolonged amount of time. I'm someone who needs space otherwise I become overwhelmed and stressed since it's difficult for me to process emotions or provide emotional support.
