question about nt relationships?

I recently heard a conversation about how much some woman hated her boyfriend, and how mean he was etc. When she was asked why she didnt dump him, she responded that it was all ok "because he's hot!" This baffled me, i cant understand this point of view at all. Is this common among nts? it would explain allot of the drama there seems to be in relationships between them if they dont actually ever like each other. I dont understand this view point at all, can someone explain the logic of this womans thought processes to me? what is your opinion on what she said?

I don't think this is an issue of her being NT, but of her being a shallow moron.

Contrary to a lot of what you read on WP, the two are not synonymous.

It just so happens that most people are NT, and a lot of people are morons. Therefore, most morons are NT.

It isn't an NT thing. It just means she is shallow.

It could also mean she exaggerates to get sympathy but does not actually deep down feel things are horrible.
