is it possible for women to be single
Im not talking women who choose to be single. Im talking about ladies who want to have a relationship
But can never get one or always in very short relationship ( never get pass the first date)
I think every capable straight women out there can get a boyfriend or husband.
When women tells me she is single Im like ''really, you are single, how is that possible''
Even alot of these aspie women who have no social life and no friends, somehow get a
boyfriend (I assume they are dating their doctors or cousin or something?)
And some women are too picky but that more by choice.
If a women is single not by choice then it unnatural because it makes no sense.
I can't understand how any women can be single
Some set their standards higher than the available pool of eligible men would provide. They go looking for a "Cadillac" husband in a parking lot full of used "Ford" bad boys.
Others have some quirk that doesn't become apparent until the relationship becomes serious; while they may be on their best behavior at the beginning of the relationship, after a while, their true personality will always show through.
Still others really are not all that serious about making a commitment. (Yes, women can be commitment-phobes too). All they want is a sugar daddy, a f*** buddy, a handyman, a chauffeur, and someone to be seen with and make all of her friends jealous -- they just don't want them all to be one man.
Of course, this could always be turned around and applied to men ... thus making it a people thing.

Such a person is looking for more of a sperm donor and extra funds than a "life partner"...

I see it as more of a mutual "got stuck with each other".
The male and female populations are roughly equal. For every man in a relationship, there's a woman in one. For every single man, there's a single woman.
Overall, I think men have to put more effort into getting women to notice them, while women have to rely more on looks and luck. Both have their upsides and downsides.
I imagine it would be nice to just be approached by the right person, rather than having to risk embarassment and rejection. But it's also nice to not have to depend on luck, to not wait for that right person to show up but, rather, to go out and find them for yourself.
A man only deals with the women he is attracted to, but this does not guarantee that those women are also attracted to him. A woman only deals with those men that are attracted to her, but this does not guarantee that she is attracted to them. You need both, to attract and be attracted, for a relationship to form.
Either way, neither role guarantees that you'll end up in a relationship.
People of both genders need to remember that things being difficult for one group does not mean that they are not difficult for the other.
Edit: oops, one part said the exact opposite of what I meant.

Maybe because they have those unattractive characteristic flaws that are listed in another thread you made?

I'm curious as to what gives you this impression that every straight woman who wants to be in a long term relationship can find a suitable partner?
Looks like a simple calculation at first glance, but you have to subtract people who are gay, bisexual (at least to a degree because not everyone would accept this orientation in a potential partner,) asexual, or simply not interested in having a relationship.

True, but even still the numbers work out pretty close.
There's been no evidence I've seen that alternate sexual preferences (or none at all) are more common in one gender or the other.
So, if the genders are roughly equal in terms of overall numbers, then they will also be roughly equal in number of straight people as well.

Some women do have difficulties finding a man that has genuine intentions as some men will be willing to only use them for their own gain. Finding a mutually selfless relationship that has understanding can be rare for both men and women, there are many women that are in abusive relationships so you definitely need to realize that not every relationship is an ideal scenario.
Of course it's possible. What a strange assumption. It's not about being too picky, it's about struggling to find someone compatible enough to have a relationship with, and/or struggling to negotiate being in a relationship.
To be in a relationship with someone you are expected to like them a lot, preferably love them. (Some exceptions, such as arranged marriage cultures, but I imagine you're not talking about that). You don't just pick a random person you dislike so that you don't have to be single.
