So this guy I know posted on FB saying the only reason he goes on FB is to see what I posted. I'm confused, I can't tell if he's just being nice or flirting.
Is there a way to tell?

That sounds to me like there could be a hint of flirtation there. Guys would not usually say that without a reason. If you're interested in him, I would talk to him more and see what his intentions are, because that sounds to me like he was tentatively making the first move.
