Time to make a difference.
I'm sick of hearing negative threads on this site about how you don't have a lady in my life. There have been only a few who have written legitimate things on this Love & Dating Thread and its annoying me.
Here's some things that i believe you should do that may help.
1.Don't think you're a lesser person because you have Aspergers. (Girls may think you want Sympathy)
2.If you have your eye on someone talk to them, but like as you would talk to anyone else (This decreases the expectations and keeps a good composure).
3.If nothing happens, make sure you do it in a way you can at least come out of it with a friendship. For males (Girls will more than likely say good things to their friends if you keep a friendly manner).
4.Know when to back off however. Not all people click, but its their problem not yours.
5.This is the most important one, stop worrying about now if you're not scoring. Think about it the Long Run not the Short. (Most people do this).
6.Enjoy Life and don't give up.
I have had little intimate relations, However i have seem to have made a heap of lady friends and not ended up in the 'Friendzone'.

Some things to add to based on my experience.
1. Find it to be very true. People don't like being pitied and certainly don't like giving it out either.
2. This helps. If you have feelings, get them out in the open as soon as possible, and leave it alone after. The feelings can be re-assessed later on if needed. Constantly bringing it up annoys people and it sucks hearing it at the worst time as well.
3. True. Any unnecessary drama will just piss people off and will likely encourage the girl to say to her friends "stay away from him"
4. I have already indicated in another thread that this kind of thing is not to be taken personally on your side. Once you have taken things personally, the drama starts. People have their own personal problems and don't need more problems dumped on them
5. People don't like feeling as if they are being used unless they gain something out of it as well.
6. Absolutely agree.
I agree with pretty much everything stated OP.
