a 3rd women in last couples month
just randomly start talking to me,
one today, told me what she did at mcdonald.
it's like wow,I must be doing something right,
to get women to talk to me.

but when women talk to me,I look around alot,
I move my head, I say ''yep''look around,nod my
head. but they don't mind.(mostly)

but one lady,I thought I wasn't interested
in talking with her,I was,my head and brain
kinda of wonders off.so I come off as
annoyed and bored.

if you don't mind, what prevents you from being more solicitous of women who show interest in you?

According to something i read a long time ago, the correct ammount of eye contact is approximately 70% when engaged in a conversation. That is to say, you should only look away 30% of the time.

If it makes you feel better, it's slightly uncomfortable for me as well.

It clicked one day. I have empathy now. It has downsides i didn't expect. It's going somewhat poorly, since people tend to suck at new things. That's how you know it's true.

instead of allowing yourself to be perceived as "annoyed and bored" why not try harder to show more friendliness to these women?

good! :) do not take for granted that there will automatically be too many more "next time"s.

A lady just walked up to you out of the blue and started talking about her experience at McDonalds?

Interesting...
