Let's say there is a guy named Tom.

If Tom is not a Misogynist, then he must be a "Nice Guy", but if Tom is a "Nice Guy," then he must be a misogynist. Therefore, if Tom is not a misogynist, then he must be a misogynist, because "Nice Guys" are not "Nice Guys."

No, it wouldn't make sense. You're right that they are Whine Arses, and more, but the whole Nice Guy (TM) thing came about because the whiny arses describe themselves as nice guys, while demonstrating that they are anything but.

Nice guys are a myth, and Nice Guys (TM) are wolves in sheep clothing. The fact is, everyone can be a total ass if given the right circumstances, and often are.

Also, Nice Guys (TM) doesn't mean misogynist. Often times they do turn out to be, but the two are not intrinsically linked.
