I look at my internal self as three parts on terms of the opposite sex... brain, heart, and dick. To get them to all agree is tough...

For me, i usually lead with my heart... but the final veto power goes to my dick...

A 2 out of 3 majority is acceptable provided mr d signs off on it...

I usually listen to others, and I don't know which part of them is talking. I know they seldom agree with my heart or my dick, but the latter two don't get to make decisions.

get this- you need BOTH. your heart more fully informs your brain, which unleavened by the heart tends to choose the more mercenary path no matter who it hurts. also if you have to choose between two similar things, the heart is the tie breaker. this is one of my weak spots in that my heart wasn't powerful enough to choose among different similar options so more often than not i'd just throw up my hands and go home unfulfilled.

I guess it depends on the situation. I tend to be more logical in love like a lot of aspies and it's wrecked relationships before lol. I'm not one to just dive into s**t cuz my brain knows that's dumb. I've been listening more to my heart with this relationship and it seems to work better.
