Believe it or not, I guess I'm not as hopeless as I thought and by some ironic twist of fate that I can only laugh at I've found myself talking pretty seriously with two potential interests and am getting near kind of an en passe I think. It is kind of a funny story and I'll share all eventually if it works out but I don't jinx it just yet before I've met either. Would anybody(male or female) be willing to talk to me thru PM about moving on to the next level and navigating this? I'd appreciate that.

It's nerve wracking but things are starting to get easier as I get to know them more, the truth is for as lonely as I was I just didn't try even to meet people and nothing good will ever happen when you don't try. It's always been myself that has been the most limiting factor, my own fears and insecurities put me in a cage of learned helplessness. I'm a very honest writer and I think even if this doesn't work out that I'll be more confident going forward because I'm not trying to fool anybody, it's hard to see things getting any different when you find yourself in such a negative place. What helped me was thinking less about my autism and the medical labels, the truth is a lot of people experience the same things whether or not they are on the spectrum or not. I think there are a lot of people out there that just never get diagnosed, they were just able to find ways to cope without being diagnosed so its not like they're totally alien traits.

My advice for you: don't talk to this girl about the "deep state."

Good luck, Sir.

I would say leave the politics out of this thread, he didn't bring politics up, nor should we.

@Jacoby, good luck, but realize there will be bumps and bruises along the way, and when they occur you know where to go for relationship advice (anywhere but here, lol).

Unless they see eye to eye on such issues, if it's a topic they're both enthusiastic to discuss it would likely add to the sense of connection, at least that's what I'm finding with my TZA.

What sort of en passe is it? Indecision between who is more viable relationship-wise, or uncertainty of how to bring it up with either prospect?

If you'd like, feel free to PM me.

I wouldn't assume so, it's pretty clear some degree of offence was caused regardless of if that was the intention.

It's pretty clear that you see offence when there was no offence.
