When you meet man on a dating site & then go off it, so you two can text. Is it still dating, but online? Can you have a relationship when you still getting to know each other?

I think I would consider proper dating as actually meeting the individual, there's no hurry to define yourself as being in a relationship when you'll still getting to know each other.

It's a relationship only in the technical sense. You're not dating or seeing the person until you meet. I might be convinced that you're dating if you are video-chatting regularly (or audio chatting if you can't see...), but that's a stretch.

I think that depends on if you both consider that you are dating each other or just talking. It probably needs to be made clear if it is a mutual experience to avoid misunderstandings and if you want it to be exclusive.

I recommend making safe online dating practices, and if he is not responsive to you then don’t go after him/her. There are online predators, stay safe.

I think I’m going to end my relationship, he doesn’t stay online too long to get to know each other, we known each other for 3 weeks, he don’t know my last name, he keep breaking his promises too, he keep telling me we will video chat, but we never do. I feel like I don’t have boyfriend anymore, I’m not sad, I’m happy.
