What did you expect? The ratio of men and women is about 10 to 1 there just because it's unlikely to emotional connect over internet as most NT women expect to do.

If you want something slower, "coffee meets bagel" will only give you a few matches a day, and then you decide if you want to message them or not.

Taking a break is good, too, if that is what you prefer!

20 to 1, the other 10 are fake profiles created by app owners.

I like the name. I think it's trying to create a cosy, intimate feeling of association and also a play on words. Like burger and chips or pastrama on rye, things that fit well together Boy meets girl= bagel meets coffee. It actually conjures up to me a nice, safe, familiar picture that's very smart :) It gives you a subliminal image of meeting a guy over coffee and bagels and you proceed with making dates on the site with this conditioning they have planted in your brain. TMI I know :D

I'm pretty sure you described exactly what the creators intended!

FWIW, I got the most dates out of coffee meets bagel, and all of the guys were nice and polite.

I still think you would be better off meeting real people in a safe environment in your own community Kitty.

This is a bad advice.

She explained before that she can’t go out much and has no social life; dating app is her only way to communicate with men and to have a chance to find someone.

It is as if you are telling her “stop it; just give up.”

Hmmm okay, I can see the logic in that. My only concern is that Kitty meets scammers all the time and the chances for anyone to find a decent long-term partner online are not great. I am more concerned for her safety than anything else.
