There’s hardly any 18-23 year olds on here that I’m aware of. On Bumble, a site that has a thousand times amount of women my age within 50 miles of me alone, I haven’t had anyone swipe right on me in over a month.

That's kind of why a dating section on WP wouldn't work extremely well; because the demand for it is sort of sporadic.

Some people only want to make connections IRL (never meeting anyone online).

Other people only want to meet online if the person is still geographically nearby.

Very few people are open to starting an online friendship and then traveling to meet each other if things go well.

It happens. I know a few couples have met over WP. But it's more of a niche, rather than the norm :shrug:

People live too far away from each other and wouldn't ever be able to meet up in real life. Quite a lot of users are in low incomes. If a guy from Leon gets on well with a girl from Brisbane, how is that going to work?
