Is it normal (not "okay", but *normal*) for NT men to follow attractive women home and then spend months learning everything about them and trying to arrange for them to fall in love? Or do maybe only pimps do this? I am not sure if it is safe to meet my stalkers. Also, I might be imagining it.
Thanks.

It is not normal, and it is not safe.

No that is not normal at all, and I certainly would not advise trying to meet them.

Thanks. That's what I thought. Several people have warned me that the major metropolitan area where I live has a serious human trafficking problem, and I think only pimps stalk women like this in the world of people who do not struggle socially.

Of course, I don't know if anyone has ACTUALLY been stalking me.

There are also stalkers who just obsess over the person they are stalking hoping to get with them and may become violent once their victim makes clear they don't like them and want nothing to do with them.

I always assumed the men who, themselves, are trying to get laid would be the main ones doing it. Pimps would be a distant second. At least there are a lot more men trying to get laid than there are pimps. Or at least thats what I assumed.

Whenever I think im getting stalked, I look around. Now I have people cussing every time I get out of the building. People i don't know included. I ask myself if im paranoid but by the way they behave I'm sure they can't stand me. And sometimes I know the reasons why. Bird nests. A misunderstanding. I did what they told me but some people just have no reason enough to get over it.

Sometimes what I get anxiety about is untrue. Sometimes it's true. After something scary happens I tend to find scary things where it isn't about me. I stop and watch them move by, listen in on convo. I recall car tags. So far only one match. I switch up my regular routine way someplace. I wear heels and walk slowly if it's public so I can watch and followers don't have patience. I wear earphones to avoid the cussing. I say hi then not to avoid making them understand that their whispering to why i don't say hi matters.

It doesn't help that I don't recall new faces easily so their friends who cuss i would not know

No, it's not normal and they probably aren't NTs. Rather, stalking behavior would be a form of anti-social personality disorder traits. They could also be due to other mental health issues as well. That said, they could also stalk you because someone put them up to it.

When you said "they probably aren't NTs" do you mean they are on autism spectrum? Or do you mean they have conditions that have nothing to do with autism?

I noticed that usually people mean by "NT" simply someone who aren't autistic. Although I realized that logically thats not what the abbreviation says. It says "typical" and there are plenty of ways not to be typical without being autistic.

I mean I don't know what NT means, if it just means someone is not autistic or doesn't have any mental illnesses. I mean a sociopath can appear to be normal due to their superficial charm, but they are definitely not.

NT means "neurotypical."

On WrongPlanet, it usually means someone who is not on the Autistic Spectrum.

I believe this was the definition of those who started using the term "neurotypical." Of course, like any other word, its meaning could expand in dynamic ways.

Oh yeah, I forgot that the autistic "community" shares the term NT with people who have other mental differences.

I meant men who obviously have no trouble making friends or getting laid. They seem normal (typical). Maybe they're pickup artists, not pimps... But why put so much effort into it with me? I'm a normal level of attractive and usually dress like a teenage boy (who is probably gay).

I cannot shake the feeling that money is involved. I think they are hoping to profit from me financially, and I have no reason believe that any of that money will be spent on me. At all.

Anyway, it's probably all in my head.

I don't know too much about pimps... but I do know about overly charming gentlemen. If you are getting a weird feeling but they're otherwise behaving normally, then you're probably picking up on something bad.

So not all people that appear normal necessarily are and sometimes use their charm as a cover for a mental illness. Now I can't say that for all these guys cause I don't know them, but I think you answered your own question. Now if you like one of these guys and they're not giving you a weird, well you can try dating one of them if you want, but definitely make sure your family or close friends know what you're doing, where you are, keep a friend with you, and make sure they don't slip something into your drink.

I realized I have clarify what I meant by "Answered your own question" When you said you think it's all in your, don't think that way, it's probably not all in your head. Part of what you're thinking may very well be true.

...So... I'm not in contact with my family and I don't have any friends in real life... I look exactly like the perfect victim (but I'm not, because law enforcement where I live knows me and my issues, and I'm a model citizen).

This thread is pointless and I shouldn't have bothered posting it, because I can't actually date people. I've tried. Relationships require some something that I don't have, whatever it is. I've never had it.
