"Marriage was invented 2000 BC" - nope, humans form long-lasting relationships naturally, in every culture (exclusiveness of it differs by culture), that's why young women are considered attractive - e.g. chimps prefer older females who are more likely to bear offspring form a single intercourse. "When life expectancy was 18 years" - because most people did not survive childhood, those who did aged normally.
And so on, and so on. Pseudoscience and misinterpreting of data.
A divorce attourney has great insight into relationships that go wrong but has no professional experience with relationships that succeed. That's what makes him biased to think that what is unhealthy and makes relationships fail is everything that exists.
Thinking with a penis and capitalizing beauty for wealth are exactly what makes relationships likely to end with costly divorces in NY and, thus, be witnessed by an attourney like him.
