my irl partner is too socially demanding and won't let me vent because according to her it scares her. So respectfully and mutually, i refuse to vent to her at all even about stuff she may possibly be interested in.

I really hope i break up with her because she needs a stable cisgender who has everything together and not me who lives in perpetual chaos 24/7.

Sorry to hear that. What do you mean by socially demanding? The venting issue sounds complicated. I mean, I think that when you can't share what's on your mind with someone, it can create a sort of distance between you and the other person.

However, the 'scares her' part makes me think that maybe the stuff you are venting about is quite heavy. Yet you clearly do want to talk to her but feel like you can't.

Putting that aside for a moment, that last part about wanting to break up...aside from the communication issues around venting, what is the overall relationship like?

Why do you think of yourself as unstable? Sorry if I'm prying too much here. Also, I can see that you're non-binary and you mention that your partner needs a 'stable cisgender person'. How does your partner feel about you being non-binary? Have you talked about this with her?
