Are there social groups in my city where I can meet people?

I am a neurotypical man in Denver, CO. I say I'm neurotypical, but I've never really fit in very well. I identify with people who have asperger's because I know what it's like to be totally wrapped up in my own world and miss social cues and the like.

Fortunately, I have a talent for being adaptive and I have found ways to fit in, but I would like a place to meet people like me. I don't want to adapt all the time. It would be great to meet a pretty girl like me to spend time with.
