In Aspie language what would be some things you would say to someone to show you cared about them?

I don't get why all these 'love in Aspie language' threads are being created... It's pretty weird.

But to answer your question, if I know them well and I am already close to them I show my love for them much the same way an NT person would, with hugs and the like.

But if I don't know them well, I just act really awkward and tend to embarrass myself alot in front of them.
No suprises there. -_-;;

Aspie to aspie, I would do something either wicked obviously romantic or ask them out or just tell them I liked them outright.
I suppose I would do something like that anyway, though I might go for subtlety with a neurotypical girl.

Just say what you actually mean and don't expect us to be able to read anything into your actions or any subtext into your discussions. Sometimes we can guess, but you shouldn't assume anything.

I just tell them that I like them. I've only done it online though.

If it is the honest truth, a simple compliment like, "You're a really nice person. I wish this world had more people like you" can go a long way.
