Tetris Metaphors of People an Aspie Guy Can Date
First of all, a quick disclaimer. This thread is not intended to be disrespectful to women. It's intended to be comic relief. There are a lot of threads about loneliness, inability to find love in life, and involuntary celibacy. If you ever played Tetris, this post will make quite a bit of sense, and may be even show you the ironies of the dating world. The post is a little long, but it's needed to get the joke across, and the paragraphs should make it easier to read.
The I Piece
The I piece is your dream girl, someone you'd really like to date. She's looks really good, has interests similar to yours, likes sex, and gets along well with other women. You can spend a long time waiting for her, and even preparing yourself just for that. Sadly, she doesn't always come along when you're ready. At one point, you may give up, and settle for the artsy girl or the math geek (see below). At times, the she comes at the wrong moment, leaving you no graceful of way of getting romantic with her.
Corollary: two I Pieces in a row
If one I piece is good, two I pieces in a row must be amazing. You even fantasize about it. But when they finally come, it's not what you imagined to be. You end up not knowing what to do with two hot girls at the same time, or even how to enjoy the moment.
The O Piece
The O piece is a tomboy. She's simple and straightforward, and gets along with guys quite easily. She fits in pretty much in any situation where people will give her a chance. She also does a good job in the intimate department, although it's not as hot and intense as with the dream girl. Nonetheless, there are times when you're may feel more comfortable dating a down-to-earth tomboy than the elusive dream girl. The downside is that she may not get along well with most girls, although your dream girl might find her company a pleasant change of pace.
The L Piece
The L Piece is an artsy girl. Fits in really well in some situations, not so much in others. She's most comfortable in the company of her artsy friends. Although at times, gets along well with tomboys, due to their simple character. Interestingly, she has difficulty getting along well with math geeks from time to time. When you're waiting for your dream girl, and she never comes, the artsy girl can seem very endearing. While you might feel like you didn't get what you're looking for, you still feel happy to have gotten the benefit of female companionship.
The J Piece
The J Piece is a math geek. Like the artsy girl, she's not comfortable in every situation, but enjoy the company of her math geek friends. From time to time, she gets along easily with tomboys. When placed next to an artsy girl, their personalities can clash sometimes, although nothing damaging happens either. When you're lonely waiting for you dream girl, dating a math geek can seem like a desirable option. Whether or not you choose to follow through on it, it may seem like the only alternative to losing the dating game altogether.
The T Piece
The T piece is a typical girl next door or your platonic female friend. She gets along well with most women, including those who are plain-looking or unpopular (see below). You enjoy her company when she comes along, although you don't see anything out-of-the-ordinary about her either. There may have been times when she really came through for you, which might have caused you to consider the possibility of dating girls like her more often. But her quicks here or there cause to clash in certain places.
The S Piece
The S piece is a plain-looking girl. She comes along quite often, oftentimes when you're not looking to date someone of her type. Gets along well with her similar-looking friends and with the girl next door. While there are situations where she feels comfortable, you sometimes find it awkward to be around her. You feel like you'd rather date someone more desirable, but you don't always have that option. At the same time, a plain-looking girl can come through for you when you need her, so you appreciate having her around.
The Z Piece
The Z piece is an unpopular girl. Shares a lot of traits with plain-looking girls, but doesn't always get along with them. Still gets along nicely with the girl next door. Like with a plain-looking girl, it's sometimes awkward to be around her, due to the quirky personality she has. Comes along when you'd rather date your dream girl, or at least a tomboy, leaving you frustrated in the process. But there are times when she can really help you out, so you make a mental note to appreciate this type of girl.
So what do you think? Did you like the joke? Do you agree with the analogies?

these analogies could just as easily apply to NT guys.
As an L piece, I find this a tad objectional to women.

It was never intended to be objectional. It was intended to lighten the mood on this thread. A lot of aspie guys struggle with loneliness. This thread just gives them an analogy of the dating world they can relate to. Also, I don't think the descriptions were negative.
That's an interesting way of looking at girls. I have noticed some of the types you are talking about, though of course real people are more unique than that. I certainly don't think the descriptions were made to be derogatory or insulting--some girls here must just be really sensitive.
I guess I don't play enough tetris to really see why the pieces should correspond to the types you chose. For instance, why does the O piece get along with fewer other girls than the T piece (tetris-wise)? Also, it seems that the L and S pieces should get along (they fit together to form a figure with no "rough edges") and the same for the J and Z pieces.
As for the girls, I tend to like the "T" and "L" types, and of course the "I", although in order to describe my current dream girl, I would delete a phrase from your description (those who have read some of my other posts might know what I'm talking about).
