I really really like this guy, and I have no idea what to do about it. we sorta play opposite each other in a play we're doing right now. tonight's the last performance and afterwards is the all-night cast party, which usually turns out to be hardcore dancing and wathing one of the performances.

i just hope something happens. that's all. and if nothing does, then i don't know what i'll do!

Well if he's a quiet guy, and you ask him out and he says anything other than yes, he probably thinks you're playing a trick on him. So be persistent. :D

Stare at him. Don't let your eye contact waver. Repeat in your head, I love you, I love you, I love you.... Walk towards him stridently. Keep the eye contact. Pause for a few seconds. Raise your hands to his cheeks and hold them. Lean your head in slowly. As you get close close your eyes. Lock your lips and kiss. Kiss long and passionately and be prepared for his lips to be locked in surprise. Pull back your head slowly, raise your arms and hands defensively and prepare to launch into a breathless, emotional speech replete with gesticulations indicating your anxiety.

'Look... I know you're probably really confused about what just happened... I like you... I really like you, OK?... I mean, playing opposite you for all these weeks, it's just been unbearable to want you so much... Oh God, I sound insane don't I?... But now I've progressed with this interminable monologue, and put my already wounded adolscent outcast pride on the line, might I add; could I at least have the, knowing my luck probably transitory, honour of sharing time with you? Like how about a date Saturday night?'

You hear that, ladies? Memorize these step-by-step instructions, and you can have the GREAT PRIVILEGE of feeling like a COMPLETE IDIOT 99.9% of the time!! !! Men love it when women have great vocabularies and NO DIGNITY!! !! DIGNITY IS SUPERFLUOUS!

((I'm sorry, I can't get over the brilliance of the advice, or of the reactions it's getting. Still brings a smile to my face- and I'm an Aspie, we never smile, that's quite a feat.))

Haha, at first i thought that was supposed to be a prank but on second thought that schtick would leave me iwth a big attraction to the girl and a sense of surety about what to do (not to mention a huge ego boost too). Some guys might also think the girl is off her rocker though
