Many NT's seem to thrive on drama and conflict and playing with peoples minds-they get a kick out of doing that and we so don't-have no time for that crap.
That's true. NT's really bother me with that stuff. I mean, as an aspie, I like things direct, and to the point, not deeply encrypted like a top secret code. The social behaviors of NTs, I will just never understand... And I'm glad I don't, lol.

oh my, people giving their opinions on a label given to the majority (mainly by us aspies)!
considering that term applies to pretty much 90% of the population (us aspies represent about 1%, the other 9% is people with other kinds of autism or brain development disorder or condition or whatever the hell), and i know im sounding an 8/10 on the cleche metre right now, but isnt it a bit foolish to judge such a wide spectrum of people based on that label?
i know you're refering to the "you must be normal or we'll make life hell" NT's but if so please say so
...makes me seem more annoyed than i am but to be honest i cant think of another way to write this and i dont want to waste time doing so.
