I live in Menasha (right next to Appleton)... I have heard that other people get to go to Aspie support groups. It doesn't seem that there are any around here according to my psychiatrist. Maybe if there were enough people on here, we could meet and make some friends?

nope, but I've passed through it on a greyhound on my way to Seattle. seemed like a nice place. Montana was a desolate wasteland full of kids who kept offering me weed.

Greyhounds....ick. I took one all the way to Texas once....Never again.

I would love to go to WA. Some day when we have money again, we'll be going out there for a vacation.

Seattle is nice. we got the space needle, pike place market, clubbing, lots of music venues and concerts, shopping, and it's relatively artsy.

or if you're looking for something outdoorsy there's lakes and rivers galore, the coastal area, there's a temperate rainforest, etc.

Forks, WA i guess might have become a popular tourist site since the release of Twilight? idk

The Twilight national obsession annoys me...the one thing I DID love about the move was the scenery though.

My favorite band, Nevermore, is from Seattle...so I'd definitely have to go when they are doing a show :)

I thought Montana was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen  especially when you get west of Billings. They call it "big sky" for a reason, the cloud covers are wild like none other out there.

Probably wasn't the safest to be snapping pictures at 95mph  (especially the mirror pic because it took several tries) but whatever, I made it.

Anyway off topic. I'm not from Wisconsin but I'm not all that far, like 400 miles south.

Downtown Appleton area (I can look out a couple of windows in this place and see part of the skyline a couple of blocks away) here!

:D

Menasha . . . that's only a four and a half hour jaunt across the St. Croix to downtown Minnesota (if you can avoid the traffic jams in Abbotsford). Did anyone say road trip? :thumleft:
