There's a problem I have had constantly for years. I try to start conversations with people, but no one cares to come to me with a conversation. Just the other day a guy in my class held a video game tournament for the school. I tried to ask him how it went. He replied, "uh... good." Another girl came up to him and asked the same question. He went on and on in detail on what happened. In fact he didn't really have a good time. A good example on how I am disrespected for no particular reason. I try to ask people what happened on their weekends or how they dealt with homework. Sometimes I will sit with a fellow student at lunch, they say hi or something short. Then another friend comes over and they have a huge conversation. They forget I'm there. I could leave and they will never know and never ask why I left back in class.

Why am I invisible to everyone? How do I make someone care about me? I'm generally asking how to make true friends.

well MU, i completely understand you (i am in middle school now). I dont have tooo many 'true' friends , but they can talk to me when I see them. its that sometimes people will be more or less trusting to speak about themselves, and in other cases, its like they just ignore you... i think maybe a good idea would be to keep the conversation afloat and ask some more questions... maybe ou can get the sociability out of them. are you in an NT predominant school?
