Do any of you have to fake emotions on the outside at work, school, etc?
Everyday I have to think of something funny just to get a grin on my face, then i have to hold it all day at work or people constantly ask, "What's wrong?"
I usually have a blank face and people have complained that I don't show any emotions in my eyes.
I hate it because my face begins to twitch after smiling for a bit and they want me to be super happy and contact the customers that come into my dept.
It gets to be stressful and they don't know how much i just want to just go sort stuff to not have to contact people asking stupid questions and stressing me out trying to explain it. Sorry for the rant, do any of you guys have to do this?

Yes. It is easier for NT's to fake politeness and harder for Aspers or more evolved beings to put on a facade. Ultimately, you aren't meant for that kind of job, your purpose is something higher, so you will never feel right there.

I Have To Do Something Like That At School. Laugh At These Odd Jokes, Speak Differently (What.. Up..). Though After All My School Years So Far, It's Like A Hobbit. I Walk Past Those Gates And My Poker Face Goes On.

I find it very hard to fake my emotions. Just faking my emotions at my mum's place, all Saturday, was enough to tense every muscle, in my body. I was putting on a happy face, to pretend to prove to my mum, that I wasn't obsessing over a bad thing that happened, before Canada Day.
