Should I leave first or last if I am the new or unwanted one

Like I sit in the front row and people walk in front of me as they leave and I feel disrespectful.

But that's the way to leave last.

And I hate getting up first so no one walks in front of me.

My answer comes from a situation simila to this.
Reckon you need to get up and leave first if you are unwanted. I learnt the other day its actually quite rude apparently to keep sitting there if you are unwanted
this is what happends when one makes friends with another aspie >.< one learns things the hard way.
He was sitting on the bus, and I saw him and plonked myself next to him just because he's my friend. Well he put up with me untill it go too much and cause i couldnt take the hint (being aspie and all - lol one aspie trying to give another hints - doesnt work) he got up and left.

So thus feeling unwanted after getting off the bus (we get off at the same stop), he explained that its rude that if one is unwanted to remain seated in said situation.
