Anyone from Central North Carolina?

I live in High Point and I'm looking to make some new friends around here, probably someone who likes cartoons, watching TV shows and movies, reading, history, fantasy and sci-fi stuff. Also, the autism meetup groups around here seems to be for more low-functioning autistics, not HFAs or aspies, and there's not that many special-interest clubs around here, too.

This site should have an "add as friend" button. In that way, I can add people who are local. It would be nice to gain some friends..especially ones who have something similar to me (being an aspie or whatever). I think I replied to another post similar to this. But yeah, I live in Lincoln county nc. High Point is like an hour and a half from me though. I know what you mean when there aren't a lot of things around town to join and such. I am high functioning and wouldn't fit in with a low functioning class.
