Are there any online international forum communities besides WP that I can join to post forums and meet people from other countries? I have met people online from other countries Africa, Australia, Belgium, etc., but I mostly met them on dating websites. This time I want forum communities. Any ideas?

For me, I like gaming and game development so I use teamliquid (very popular forum btw), polycount (3d modeling), and gamesbanana (mapping). It's great for networking!
There are many for book clubs, poetry, body building, college life, and most forums have general discussion for pretty much anything.
