I was socialising with 2 of my friends on Saturday. My guy friend who was there had Aspergers but he has better social skills than me and I think the girl there has it as well but she has never been diagnosed.

My friend with AS was not being very tolerant with my poor social skills and the girl said "hey come on let's embrace diversity."

By that comment she made what might that hint about my 'behaviour'?

Hm. She might not have meant it, but it was a small swipe at you, it seems. I read it as she was chastising her friend to accept your social skills as they are, and to stop insulting you. But, in doing so, she was confirming his statements that your skills are beneath his (or theirs).
