So last week my co workers were super nice, super excited, and friendly the whole week. They noted how much I have changed over the past month and a half, and they were supportive for my first date I had :).
However this week, they are sensitive to jokes that would normally not bother them, rude, standoffish, and impatient as hell with me. Now bear in mind, they dance around and joke with each other but when I do they all get quiet and annoyed. Frankly I am getting quite pissed off myself and am at the point I want to start cussing at people.
I'm not really sure what to do, one side of me wants to care super hard to fix it, another side says "Screw them, they should go give drunk driving a try and rid the world of their nonsense."
I asked one person and (I work with all women) they suggested they are all PMSing. Another was that it's really busy, but being busy didn't stop them all from joking with each other? Didn't stop them from telling stories to each other? So busy is not an excuse in my book. PMSing is also not an excuse in my opinion (Not downgrading how much of a burden it is or isn't on women hear me out) because they are still nice to each other and others.

Maybe you should try to keep your distance from them. It sounds like they are ostracizing you. They might have been trying to act friendly towards you to mess with your head or something and if you act like you want their approval it's probably going to encourage them to act that way even more.

My friend.

You're putting yourself in a corner.

Just make neutral remarks for the next few days. Let the other people do their thing. Don't comment on anything. Don't post offensive things in Facebook (Yes, I do find it intrusive that your boss has your Facebook info! I find that ridiculous and a violation of your rights).

You have to step back, do your job, and cool it, my friend.
