Shirt Length?

Okay weird question, but how long should my shirts be? I'm a pretty tall guy (6ft 3), and I've noticed lately that most of my shirts only come down to just barely below my belt line. Maybe I'm being overly critical of myself, but I feel like a dweeb when I look like that. I look at the other guys, and their shirts always hang a lot lower than that. No matter where I buy my shirts or what brand I get, they always do this. Is this something I need to fix, or is it something nobody will notice?

Apart from neck, sleeve, chest and waist sizes, men's shirts are based on the man's overall height. Finding the right overall length is fairly easy ( http://propercloth.com/reference/how-lo ... -length-be ), but not all shirts offer specific lengths. For your first shirt or two, buy less-expensive shirts until you have a good idea what to wear taking into consideration shrinking and such.

There is one specialty clothier in the USA for short guys who sells shirts of just the right length.

I'd have to imagine that if you shopped at one of the many stores for big and tall guys, they would have shirts that fit you. Not that I would have any reason to go there myself.

Many stores have a section for Big & Tall people. I think they add an extra 2-3 inches to the length. I haven't actually looked in stores for them, but I have seen them on almost every website I've looked at. Find a store where you know what size you wear and order stuff from their website in the Big & Tall section. If you have the store in your town and what you ordered doesn't fit how you want you can easily just take it to the store to return most of the time, just check their return policy before ordering. Pro Club is a brand I know of from experience that makes tall sized t-shirts and they use really nice material that is a little thicker than the usual t-shirt.
