Social skills groups in the UK?

This is really to those who live in the UK, especially near Berkshire. I'm looking to take some courses or join a group to improve my social skills, particularly my non-verbal skills as I'm pretty sure that's why I come across as weird! But I can't put my finger on it, so I looking for some nice pleasant people to give me some much needed feedback.

I've looked at the National Autistic Society website and I am slowly navigating my way through it. But I am finding it like looking for a needle in the proverbial haystack. There's lots for children but not much for adults. So while I continue to sift through all the information, I thought I'd see if anyone on the board had come across anything they knew of or could recommend that might be suitable for me?
