You don't have to respond if you don't want to; these kinds of posts usually reference some kind of context. I'm guessing this is expressing a frustrated "roar," although it could be a triumphant "roar" in some cases. Read back one or two posts and see which might fit, though many times people post stuff on FB without any context at all and leave everyone to guess. Often these are related to sports.

You could reply "What happened?"

You could wait until someone else replies, and then have more clues to chime in.

I was thinking recently about how many comments certain fb people get on their obtuse one word status updates. For instance one very popular person on my fb page put "twizzlers" as her status update. That's it. She got lots of responses on that one.

I'd respond with "Ruh-roh!" Scooby Doo's typical response to loud noises, or "Zoinks!" likewise for Shaggy.
