How do you make a poll around here?

I want to do a survey on "looking through stereotypical 'spectacles.'” The first step is to determine what the questions should be. (It starts with semantics, but goes deeper.)
Here's one question, off the top of my head, just to get things started:

Considering whatever progress you have made in imitating the NTs of your culture, do you consider yourself to be "trained" or "cured"?
As you progress through life, do you hope to be:
* Trained
* Cured
* This is me -- deal with it
* Other

What are the questions and how can they be phrased?

there's no way to create a survey through the site, but you could create a series of polls. this would eliminate having to have all of your questions ready before you start it too.

I've tried acting more NT, but I realize I will never become an NT. I just try to do the best job I can do.
