I obviously don't get out much. I'm always at home, or at my nanna's house. I'm not even up with the latest news and crazes!

I never really feel like leaving the house, but I force myself.

Often I have fun once I'm out there, so that's why I keep doing it.

Pushing through that membrane can be tough, though.

What do you do when you leave the house? I live on a college campus and there's often not much to do without paying for a cab into Baltimore City.

at roughly a 1,000 posts a month...it's a possibility..;)
Well, you can go out as much as you want, I suppose. I used to do actual traveling, back when I had the money for it. No one can stop you from going out.

I hardly ever go out. Never have done. The only time I liked leaving the house was when I was at university and I skipped lectures just so I could go and walk by the river and sit in the library for a while by myself.
And holidays. I love going on holiday, because you don't really have to talk to anyone or try and be something you're not because the new people you do meet aren't with you for long enough.

I'm this way too, I rarely go outside unless it's to go to work or to pick up something at the store. I feel most comfortable by myself, anyway.

The only time I ever go out is if I'm coming to my nanna's!

I do go out, just not very often. I go to the grocery store with my husband. I find these days there is a lot to dislike about the world.

I managed to go for a walk yesterday into my town centre because I knew there was a library there waiting for me :)
I bought some new headphones for my mp3 player and listened to the same album on a loop for about 3 hours which kept me calm and blocked out all the people.

I don't mind so much going out in the day, it's just night times I hate, because people always seem to want to go to horrible bars and clubs, and when I go in, a wave of sadness and isolation washes over me and I just want to go home and usually end up going home in the dark by myself.

Once a week, post office, shopping, a tasty reward for being good, and back home, no TV, paper, and my lack of involvment does not help or hinder the world.

I observe their condition, they are not getting any better.

Apart from work I never go out. The big problem is now when I watch any film, TV programme or the news I'm reminded of the world out there and what I'm not doing, the things I'm missing etc. Yet I'm not in a position to make it happen. I just want to go mad.
