Seems like a lack of compassion to me. Sadly, having an NT brain dont always guarantee that the person will use their empathy to learn about other people and how they think and feel.

dont listen to them. they're just a bunch of baffoons

people like that arnt worth the breath of saying anything back to. there not worth listening to.

I would have had a meltdown at the mall and probably attack those kids, but since I'm an adult, I would probably end up in jail.

am do not think lower IQ means the person has bad manners,am classed under the label of borderline MR and would not be nasty to random people,am do not know anyone with the same issues who would be like those boys also.
Am have been abused by grammar school kids [think grammar schools only take people with high IQs] for wearing ear defenders,
and for very visible autistic traits.

It's about learning manners,if their parents cant be bothered with teaching them this for as long as they need it,or they can't be bothered listening to it,then they are going to be problems.#

there are always going to be b******s like that,find them on there own and they are not so tough.
The best way to deal with them is to completely ignore them,or maybe treat them like little children and educate them on what the cane is for.
It might be because canes are usually associated with old people and not young people.
Be strong and don't take them seriously,they are not worth the mental effort bothering about.
