I've been stressed out at school lately, and my muscles have been really tense and painful lately. Besides getting a profressional massage (no $$$), what can I do?

It's not inflammation, just sore from being stressed and panicking all the time

Hmm, a hot shower might help (with a nice ice cold glass of water near by in case I feel faint)
