i had found a can of chewing tobbacoo my dad had taken away from me and did it and now my brain wont heal, and im anxious and my herbal and homeopathics wont work.
I cant relax and i am losing my cool over nothing. my nerves are on fire.
i hope this is only temporary

never mind, i found some bach rescue rememdy and im better not as well as before but much better

my nerves are still raw i hope this goes away.
