Scared. Suicidal again. Help.
I think we expect too much out of life. We expect that it will be happy and fun, that it will have meaning and purpose. It won't. Ok, maybe it will, some of the time. But mostly, no. But it's still better than the alternative, which is death - unless you believe in some kind of afterlife, and traditionally suicide gets you the bad kind of afterlife anyway. So hang in there, modify your expectations, and maybe something will surprise you.
On the specific issues facing you:
Sex is over-rated but you're a young male, so testosterone is making your life hell. You could try a prostitute if that's legal where you're from, but you'll probably find it to be approximately as much fun as masturbation (I did).
Weight is a tough one, the bad news is that there is a chance you are permanently screwed. Diets only put your body into starvation mode, as soon as you go off the diet, you'll regain the weight, and maybe more than you lost. The only method that's going to work is a sensible diet (and by sensible I mean enough food but not too much) accompanied by exercise, and this change has to be permanent. The steps thing sound like good advice, but I'd also add weight training. More muscle means more carbs required to keep your body alive, and that means you are burning fat without doing much. The downside is that if you stop, the muscle turns back into fat, so again, it has to be a permanent change.
Young ladies being b*****s... sorry, that's a fact of life, the good news is that as they get older, they start to realise that they can't be bitchy anymore. Hot girls know that they can be b*****s and get away with it, because they're hot, but as they get older, they get less hot... and we get smarter. I'm not saying that all (or even most) hot girls use this power, but they all have it, and most of them know they have it.

I think you should relax about that. It could be a good sign -- that your body is burning fat. Seriously. This happened to my husband when he was doing a lot of physical work for a couple of weeks. So keep exercising and drinking lots of water.
Can you go to the doctor and have it checked out, as well?
