Please identify library music (Doctor Who trailer)

Now, many DVDs of Doctor Who nowadays have Coming Soon trailers, with music that I assume are library tracks backing them, most of the time. One trailer that I am familiar with is for Planet of Evil. The music track that accompanies it is excellent, but only minutes ago, I heard what seemed to be a different mix of the same music partially used for an ad for So You Think You Can Dance, Australia?

Any music fans who can identify the music used in the trailer, which is posted below, I would be most grateful to.
