like for example
49 eyes, looking like meatballs. body of a fish, sharp teeth, left arm for a gun, an eyepath, smelling like toilet.

It is a normal human being with a mind of a drugged vengeance filled animal. It smells of B.O. and carries a knife to sharpen its blade sharp teeth to feed on anything that gives of a smell of meat.
