Ive made quite a few posts on here in the past in relation to long term writing projects I am working on. My preference would be towards Fiction novels/series, genre preferred is Sci-fi/Fantasy

I've tried a little bit of each of these at some point or another (well, maybe not long fiction).

Research papers for school (including my thesis) I guess you would call nonfiction. One of my projects turned out like a journalism piece.

Personal essays: I wrote a few blogs last year, and really enjoyed it. I should do that more.

Poetry: pretty sporadic lately. I did that (and short fiction) more when I was younger.

I like memiors/personal essays. Especially in school, I've had to write essays on many things, and I got them back with good grades. I also currently have a journal about what goes on in my life.
