Could not get data from ignore table

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND user_ignore = 3' at line 4

I get that if I click reply to any topic before logging in. was at 57 before the hour, about 3 minutes before posting this, alex please check your error log and fix it.

I got them before the new server came in.
