How exactly does one become an admin or 'higher-up' on this site?

Usually, the moderators make suggestions as to who would possibly make a good moderator. Those people are then asked to become moderators for the site and they can decline if they so choose.

For the administrators, I would assume Alex picks and chooses who would make a good admin, but I am not certain.

Once I stole dogfood from an NT's house and ate it in a truck, does that count?
